Screening Policy
Please note that I require real world information to screen my clients. These items are non-negotiable. If any information is found to be false or intentionally left off your form, your appointment will be denied and no future appointments will be considered.
In the form below, you will choose one of the two screening options (note that both screening options require selfies):
Option 1: provider verification - two provider references and email a selfie to missajaatl@gmail.com.
Option 2: ID verification - a selfie of you holding your driver's license (the license must be clearly legible, however, you may block out your address. The date of birth and full name must remain clearly visible). After completing the form, email your selfie with ID to missajaatl@gmail.com.
If we are a good fit, you will fill out another detailed form so I can learn more about your kinks and fetishes. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours after completing the form, reach out to me.
Deposits & Cancellations
25% deposits are required to schedule your session. The balance of your session is due in cash only at the beginning of your session.
Your deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance or if I need to cancel at any time.
Location`
I do not currently work out of a dungeon nor do I have a personal dungeon space. I normally book incalls which do not have dungeon equipment. However, if you would like to hold your session in this dungeon room, please click here for more information.
